THE WHITE DINING JOURNEY

I’ve always loved food and the joy of cooking for guests. For me, welcoming people into your home makes every occasion more personal, and those little touches matter. Growing up in Ukraine, home cooking was at the heart of family life.

 

Since moving to the UK, I’ve spent over seven years working as a private chef and went on to achieve a Masters in Professional Cooking from Westminster Kingsway College, where Jamie Oliver also trained.

 

During my studies, I specialised in French and European cuisine, gaining experience in menu design, event catering, food safety, table service, and running a food business. Launching White Dining was a dream come true: bringing restaurant-quality dishes with a touch of luxury into people’s homes.
